01What is included as standard?
- One green base module with vertical growing frame

02Drainage & safe placement
Drainage for balconies and gardens
The base and hanging planters use a water-resistant liner, drainage openings and an overflow. On a balcony water is guided to a collection tray; in a garden it can drain safely to the ground.
Protection against tipping
An anti-tip set is included. The fixing method is coordinated with the wall or supporting structure before delivery; fixing only to a balcony railing is not permitted.
03Care, warranty & parts
Maintenance
Clean with a soft brush and mild soap, keep drainage openings clear and inspect fixings every spring and autumn. Do not use a pressure washer.
Warranty & returns
Statutory warranty always applies. Standard online products can generally be registered for return within 14 days. This right may not apply to products made to personal dimensions or choices.
Replacement parts
Hanging planters, slats, liners, couplings and fixings are individually replaceable and can be reordered.
