Delivery area
We initially deliver on the Dutch mainland. Belgium and other European destinations are available on request. For large products we coordinate access, floor, lift, parking and assembly.
Lead time
The current estimate is listed with the product. Different periods apply to stock products, production rounds and custom work. The period starts after the order, choices and payment are confirmed.
Returning a standard product
A consumer can generally withdraw from a standard online purchase within 14 days after receipt, followed by 14 days to return the product. Always register a return with COMVIE first.
Custom work and personal configurations
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to products made to personal dimensions or choices. We state this clearly before the final order. Defective products remain covered by statutory warranty.
Condition of the product
A standard product may be inspected as it would be in a store. Use or damage beyond what is necessary for assessment can lead to depreciation.
Warranty and replacement parts
If a product does not perform as reasonably expected under normal use, contact us. Outdoor hanging planters, liners, slats and fixings are individually replaceable.
