1. Offer and agreement
Product information and prices are presented as carefully as possible. An agreement is formed after COMVIE confirms the order or quotation in writing.
2. Products in development
A product marked “in development” cannot yet be ordered. Dimensions, weights, loads and lead times may change until prototype testing is complete.
3. Prices and payment
Final consumer prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery, assembly and additional choices are specified before confirmation.
4. Personal choices and custom work
For configurable or personal designs, the customer checks all dimensions, material choices and circumstances. We explain in advance how personal choices affect cancellation and returns.
5. Delivery
The agreed lead time is an estimate unless a fixed date is confirmed in writing. Delivery and assembly follow the order confirmation.
6. Cooling-off period and returns
A consumer generally has 14 days after receipt to withdraw from a standard online purchase. This may be legally excluded for products made to personal specifications.
7. Warranty
Statutory warranty always applies. We first assess repair or replacement and look for an appropriate solution.
8. Complaints and applicable law
Report a complaint with photographs and a clear description. Dutch law applies without limiting mandatory consumer rights in the customer’s country.
